The Taste of Cayman, Food & Wine Festival at Camana Bay features 30 of Cayman's finest restaurants presenting a sampling of their best dishes, both local and international cuisine.

Professionals and amateur chefs compete to create the Best Traditional and Best Contemporary Caymanian dish. Prizes are awarded to the competition winners.
